CURRENT WEATHER

 

Check out  the official weather station

at the Baker Natural Area in Russellville.  The Kentucky Mesonet is a high density, mesoscale network of automated environmental monitoring stations currently being developed across the commonwealth. Funding for the Mesonet was secured by U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell through an earmark to the Kentucky Climate Center at Western Kentucky University.

If you are interested in applying, come by the office and we have a few forms for you to fill out and that way we can see what conservation program may best suit your needs.

WATER QUALITY PLANS

If you have not yet updated your Water Quality Plan for 2011 or 2012, contact Wesley Wright at 270-726-1371.  If you have made any changes in your farm operation, please come by the Conservation District Office to update your Water Quality Plan and ask for Wesley Wright.
